I got a room that was nicely decorated and had everything I needed - a bedside table, modern amenities, and a comfy bed. It felt like a real home away from home! 😊.

my stay was comfortable for one night. i truly enjoyed the room for a 'real' bed. this hotel was set in a central area close enough to the suburbs, military road where the is a heap of public transport and a park, cafes and walking distance to the ferry. it also was close to everything so many.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Had a pleasant stay during our xmas. Affable employees helped us a lot. The location was favourable: a pharmacy and main stores were within walking distance. Mosman district was worth visiting. We really enjoyed spending 4 nights here.

The location of Ballantyne At Mosman - Serviced is fantastic. I enjoyed being close to all amenities and within walking distance to a shopping center. The easy access to public transportation was also a plus. The apartment itself was clean and the bed linen was fresh. I appreciated that.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. This hotel has a convenient location with good transportation links nearby. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and staff were professional and helpful. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the hotel.

Nothing is perfect.

The apartments were well-equipped with modern facilities, and situated in a prime location close to major city attractions and local cafes.

Some of the furniture was not designed for maximum comfort. the sofa bed took up most of the living room and the same space housed the bathroom, which made it difficult for us since we were four people in the room.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork in the common areas made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciate the attention to detail in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with wide hallways and elevators to comfortably navigate.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, it would have been nice to have someone available to help with luggage or offer additional support for seniors.
